Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator to perform manual lay-up operations, prepare molds and materials, and carry out demolding and finishing of composite parts. Key Highlights: 1. ROLE •      Perform, after training, manual lay-up, prepreg, and/or resin infusion operations according to defined manufacturing plans •      Prepare molds and materials for the production process, ensuring the quality of raw materials used •      Carry out demolding, finishing, and dimensional inspection of composite parts •      Strictly comply with technical procedures, tolerances, and product specifications •      Record production data and report non-conformities to the responsible supervisor •      Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and order in work areas, molds, and equipment •      Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and 5S methodologies •      Comply with all occupational health, safety, and hygiene regulations REQUIREMENTS Education •      Minimum compulsory schooling; technical training in materials, industrial production, or related fields is an advantage Experience •      No prior experience required — comprehensive on-the-job technical training will be provided •      Previous industrial experience, even in other sectors, is valued Technical Skills •      Manual dexterity and ability to learn manufacturing operations •      Basic knowledge of quality control and data recording is advantageous •      Interest in industrial processes and technical materials Behavioral Skills •      Quality orientation and attention to detail •      Sense of responsibility and adherence to deadlines •      Team spirit and good communication skills — essential ability to collaborate effectively within a team and in an industrial environment •      Proactivity and strong willingness to learn and grow •      Resilience and adaptability to a dynamic and demanding industrial environment •      Availability to work rotating shifts WHAT WE OFFER •      Structured initial training program, supported by experienced technicians •      Integration into a leading industrial group, delivering benchmark projects in the world’s most advanced markets •      Continuous training and career progression opportunities •      A stimulating work environment with strong technical and innovative components •      Competitive salary package, including shift allowance •      Individual health insurance, extendable to immediate family members •      Annual performance bonuses •      Working hours from Monday to Friday
