It handles over 6,000 funerals annually, committed to delivering maximum comfort, peace of mind, and support to its clients, families, and friends during difficult and painful moments. **Responsibilities:** * Manage operational vehicles assigned to operational centers, ensuring their maintenance and repair; * Coordinate daily and logistics operations, assigning personnel and vehicles to scheduled services, organizing administrative tasks, preparing duty rosters, expense reports, and other necessary documentation; * Supervise facility cleaning; * Monitor loading and unloading operations, including coffins and accessories, verify delivered materials and apply appropriate labeling; * Lead and motivate operational teams assigned to the company; * Coordinate and support operational teams in assigning services to be performed, and propose staff rotation to improve service quality; **Profile:** * Secondary education (12th grade), General Technical Course or equivalent, and/or relevant experience; * Valid driver's license; * User-level computer skills; Salary: €23,000.00 – €26,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site
