Responsibilities: - Ensure the proper operation of the production line and guarantee that production complies with product specifications; - Comply with QESH system procedures and work instructions; - Report incidents and accidents; - Comply with procedures and work instructions; - Perform tasks essential to the proper operation of production lines, operating assigned machines; - Carry out verifications indicated in the control plan, working under self-control; - Segregate defective products; - Implement actions specified in the BRC plan; - Complete quality, cleaning, waste, and order change records; - Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with the 5S policy; - Comply with, and ensure compliance with, safety and environmental rules as implemented by the company; - Comply with applicable food safety standards within the company.
