We seek dedicated and responsible professionals to join a dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of production. Responsibilities: - Ensure the smooth operation of the production line and guarantee that production complies with product specifications while maintaining required quality standards. - Strictly adhere to company-established procedures and work instructions. - Perform tasks essential to the proper operation of production lines, operating assigned machinery efficiently and safely. - Conduct regular inspections as indicated in the control plan, ensuring self-monitoring and continuous process quality. - Comply with and enforce safety and environmental regulations, promoting a safe and sustainable work environment. Requirements: - Ability to work both in a team and independently. - Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, with rotating days off. - Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Offer: - Working hours: Monday to Sunday, on rotating shifts from 08:00–16:00; 16:00–00:00; and 00:00–08:00; - Base salary of €920 + Shift allowance of 25% (3 shifts) or 35% (continuous operation) + Meal allowance of €6/day. - Integration into a young and dynamic team.
