Workplace: **Lusiaves (Marinha das Ondas)** **Responsibilities:** * Management, planning, and monitoring of operational teams; * Management and planning of workshop maintenance (including preventive, scheduled, and corrective interventions) for equipment assigned to their department; * Collection, processing, and monitoring of logistical operational data/indicators within their department, supporting performance requirement compliance; * Implements continuous improvement principles, with special emphasis on operational efficiency, resource optimization, and reduction of operational costs; Provides support to their logistics department in daily operational management tasks. * **Profile:** * Education and/or experience in Logistics or a related field; * Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel; * Results-oriented and skilled in resolving operational problems; * Strong communication skills; Proactivity. * The **Lusifrota** was established to meet the logistics needs of companies within the Lusiaves Group, but rapidly expanded its operations, becoming a benchmark in road freight transport for companies across diverse sectors.
