The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating the at site collections, managing fleet allocation, maintaining system accuracy and ensuring efficient communication with drivers and customers. **What We Offer:** * Learning \& development support * Inclusive culture with employee resource groups * Long\-Term Career Stability **Key Responsibilities for Logistics Specialist:** * Plan and coordinate transport operations, liaising with suppliers to ensure vehicle availability and efficient execution of transport flows. * Monitor and manage all transport collections, ensuring agreed collection times are met and accurately recorded. * Ensure the Transport Management System is updated promptly with complete, accurate and reliable operational data. * Maintain correct and uptodate driver details within the system. * Communicate directly with drivers to confirm full understanding of transport instructions and job requirements, documenting all confirmations accordingly. * Create and maintain detailed transport monitoring notes, including seal numbers, onsite arrival and departure times, goods collected, vehicle registration numbers, trailer numbers, and driver names. * Ensure customs documents are provided to the drivers and within required timelines. * Provide proactive customer updates via phone and email, in line with established operating procedures. * Inform customers promptly of any delays or operational issues, ensuring transparency and service continuity. * Exercise strict monitoring and control of all transport activities to ensure compliance, accuracy, and service reliability. **About You** We're looking for someone who brings: * Fluency in English and French is mandatory * Experience in transport or logistics operations * Strong planning and problem\-solving skills. * Confident and professional communicator, both verbally and in writing. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and transport/vehicle tracking systems. * Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and operational efficiency. * Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules. **About Us:** GBA Logistics is a trusted provider of end\-to\-end supply chain solutions, delivering reliable freight, warehousing, and distribution services across multiple industries and countries.
