We are looking for a **Junior Project Manager** to support the CEO and the senior management team during a maternity cover period. If you are ambitious, organized, and eager to learn in a fast\-paced hospitality environment, this role is ideal for you! You will be involved in transversal projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring execution aligned with company priorities. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the creation and implementation of transversal projects by coordinating with managers and team leaders. * Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and escalate risks or delays with suggested contingency plans. * Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth project execution. * Track and report on project KPIs, risks, and strategic ideas, presenting clear summaries to the Board. * Assist in setting deadlines with the management team, helping prioritize business needs. * Actively organize and participate in strategic meetings, preparing notes, follow\-ups, and supporting documentation. **What We Are Looking For** * Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or similar field. * 1–3 years of professional experience (consulting, project management, or auditing preferred). * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders. * Proactive, motivated, and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. * Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. * Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken). **What We Offer** * Opportunity to work closely with the CEO and senior management team. * Exposure to transversal, high\-impact projects within hospitality and real estate. * Dynamic and multicultural environment in a growing company. * Fixed\-term contract for maternity cover, with potential future opportunities within the group.
