Job Summary: We are looking for a highly responsible and team-oriented professional to provide internal support to the sales team, manage proposals and orders, and monitor follow-up with clients and the internal team. Monitoring and follow-up of proposals and orders **Profile / Qualifications:** * Minimum: 12th grade or bachelor's degree; * Good command of English; * Strong sense of responsibility; * Excellent organizational skills; * Outstanding team spirit; * Valid driver's license; * User-level computer skills (Office); * Immediate availability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Internal support to the sales team; * Preparation of commercial proposals (budgeting); * Entry, validation, and tracking of orders in the system; * Monitoring proposal status and follow\-up with clients and the sales team; * Coordination with internal departments (technical, finance, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and compliance with client requirements.
