Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Operator to operate and monitor machinery, adjust parameters, feed raw materials into machines, control production pace, and ensure final product quality. Duties: - Operate and monitor industrial machinery; - Adjust parameters according to production orders; - Feed raw materials into machinery; - Control production pace; - Inspect the quality of the final product; - Identify and report malfunctions or irregularities; - Record production data; - Ensure equipment cleanliness and maintenance; Requirements: - Agility, responsibility, and dynamism; - Basic knowledge of industrial processes; - Awareness of occupational safety; - Physical stamina; - Completion of secondary education (12th grade) — preferred. Offer: Working hours — we offer the following three shifts: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday; 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, Monday to Friday; Continuous shift, 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM (four working days followed by two days off). - Base salary: €1,013 + Meal allowance: €7.05/day + Health insurance + Performance and attendance bonus up to €80/month.
