Summary: This position is for an HVAC technician who will be responsible for system installation, participate in continuous improvement, and comply with safety and environmental standards. Highlights: 1. HVAC system installation on site 2. Active participation in continuous improvement of Management Systems 3. Autonomy and proactivity in task execution **Responsibilities:** * Ensure adequate cleaning of the workplace; * Carry out HVAC system installation services on site and associated connections; * Actively participate in the continuous improvement of Management Systems (QAS, etc.) by initiating actions that positively influence the organization; * Report any observed activity that may pose an imminent risk to the environment or to workers' health and safety; * Comply with applicable legal and other requirements (QAS) relevant to your area; * Report occurrences of work-related and environmental incidents and/or accidents; * Follow applicable operational control procedures related to your activities. **Desired Profile:** * Minimum qualifications: 9th-grade education (junior high school) or vocational technical training in HVAC (preferred); * No prior experience required (Assistant Technician); * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the HVAC field (Technician); * Practical knowledge of air conditioning/ventilation system assembly; * Ability to read technical drawings and simple schematics; * Autonomy in task execution, with minimal supervision; * Assertive, responsible, organized, proactive, and dynamic; * Communication skills and interpersonal ease; * Punctuality and sense of commitment; * Immediate availability; * Driver's license (an asset). *All applications will be handled confidentially in accordance with data protection law, and only those matching the required profile will be considered.
