We are a lifestyle brand built around quality, community, and great experiences. We are looking for a welcoming, energetic, and adaptable Full\-Time Host to be the face of our space and ensure every guest has a fantastic experience. As our Host, you are the first person our guests see when they walk through the door. You will be responsible for greeting customers, managing seating and flow, and ensuring the space feels welcoming and organised at all times. We need an all\-rounder who is flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed — whether that means helping out on the floor, assisting in the retail store, keeping the space clean and tidy, or supporting the wider team. We will also teach you basic Barista skills so you can step in and help with coffee service when the team needs it. Key Responsibilities: Greeting guests warmly and managing seating flow during busy brunch hours. Providing an excellent customer experience to everyone who walks through our doors. Being adaptable and ready to assist in all areas of the café and store. Taking responsibility for light cleaning duties to ensure the space always looks its best. Learning basic Barista skills to support the coffee station when needed. Working closely with the rest of the team to ensure the whole operation runs smoothly as a united unit. What We Are Looking For: A positive, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality. Naturally organised and able to handle a fast\-paced environment with a smile. A team player happy to roll up their sleeves and help across all areas of the business. Fluency in English required (Portuguese a strong advantage).
