Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Dispatch/Production Operator to manage order preparation, dispatch, picking, goods receipt, stock organization, as well as equipment and workplace maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Previous experience in dispatch or production. 2. Comprehensive stock and dispatch management. 3. Basic equipment maintenance and workspace organization. We are recruiting a Dispatch/Production Operator for the Carregado area! Responsibilities: - Order preparation and dispatch, and efficient vehicle loading; - Picking, identification, packaging, and product control; - Goods receipt, stock organization and management, respecting production/expiry dates and storage rules; - Organizing loading and stock areas, ensuring load compliance; - Receiving and coordinating drivers, guaranteeing adherence to the loading plan; - Performing basic equipment maintenance (e.g., forklift) and workplace cleaning/organization; Requirements: - Completed secondary education (12th grade); - Prior experience as a dispatch operator or production operator; Offer: - Rotating shift schedule: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00; - Base salary: €950 + Shift allowance (25%) + Meal allowance €12.80 + Performance bonus; - Work location: Carregado.
