Manage roadmaps and continuous backlogs We are recruiting a **Data** **Product Owner** (m/f) to strengthen our team in Lisbon working on a hybrid basis. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Analysis, Data Management, or a related field; * Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or similar data\-oriented roles; * Strong experience engaging with stakeholders and translating business requirements into user stories, backlog items, and priorities; * Experience managing roadmaps, continuous backlogs, dependencies, and impact assessments; * Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence; * Good understanding of data governance principles, including data quality, lineage, access management, and compliance; * Focus on clear documentation, including functional specifications, runbooks, architecture decisions, and knowledge management; * Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders; * Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory). **What we have to offer:** * Flexibility in the work regime (hybrid); * Regular follow\-up plan; * Participation in projects with innovative technology and an international dimension; * Remuneration compatible with demonstrated experience, health insurance, and life insurance; * Birthday day and Referral Award.
