Our client is a renowned company in the food industry and is currently recruiting a Cod Production Operator in the Gafanha da Nazaré area. Responsibilities: Supplying production lines Cutting, cleaning, and washing the product Quality control Sorting and packaging Requirements: Experience in industrial manufacturing Experience in handling fish Dynamic and proactive team worker Offer: In accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/970, the salary range for this position is between EUR 935 and EUR 950 per month. Additional remuneration components applicable to this role may be awarded, as appropriate and in line with objective and transparent criteria: Meal allowance Shift-related allowances (e.g., night shifts, rotating shifts) Functional bonus (if applicable to the assigned sector) Overtime pay (where applicable) Time bank (where applicable) Opportunity for client integration Schedule: Fixed shifts from Monday to Friday Collective agreement between ALIF – National Association of the Cold Chain and Food Trade Industry and SETAAB – National Union of Workers in Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries, Tourism, Food Industry, Beverages and Related Sectors – Salary adjustment and other provisions.
