Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are properly filed and stored. Enter invoices using computer programs. Reject damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items. Complete requisition forms for inventories and supplies. Notify manager or supervisor of low inventory levels. Verify and track received inventories and generate reports and records for them. Reconcile freight invoices and receiving reports to ensure accurate counts. Receive, unload, and process deliveries. Reject damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items. Resolve issues related to supplier delivery matters and oversee the return process. Follow food safety guidelines and handling policies and procedures for all food-related areas. Monitor PAR levels for all food products to ensure appropriate levels. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager; conduct safety trainings and obtain safety certifications. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets. Support all coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team to achieve common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards.
