




Job Summary: The candidate will manage procurement, support events, attend to customers, manage digital platforms, and assist with operational tasks, interacting with customers and the public. Working with animals and children, with a focus on physical activity **Main Responsibilities:** * Procurement and material management; * Support in event preparation and organization (logistics and coordination); * Telephone customer service; * Management and monitoring of digital platforms; * Support for the billing system; * Use of computer tools (Excel and Word); * Assistance with daily operational tasks; * Customer follow-up and public relations for the venue. **Requirements:** * Good English language skills; * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle; * Comfortable working with animals; * Enthusiasm for working with children; * Interest in physical activity; * Sense of responsibility, organization, and proactivity. **Conditions:** * Temporary contract (6 months); * Working hours from Monday to Saturday; * Availability to work outside regular hours (events).
