




Job Summary: We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Azambuja, responsible for administrative routines, customer service, document control, and financial and operational support. We are currently recruiting for our team in **Azambuja**, Portugal, for an **Administrative Assistant**. **Main Responsibilities** * Administrative routines and document organization * Telephone reception and support for customers/suppliers * Calendar, spreadsheet, and file management * Support for finance and operations departments * Issuing and verifying reports **Requirements** * Completed secondary education (12th grade) or a Technology Course in Administration (preferred) * Mandatory SAP system knowledge * Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of Word * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail * Strong verbal and written communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in administrative roles * Experience in stock management * Knowledge of management systems * Basic knowledge of Spanish and English (preferred) **Conditions** * Fixed-term employment contract: 1 year * Base salary: 1,000€ * Meal allowance – 10.20€ (meal card) * Collaborative work environment * Growth opportunity * Shift work required, organized on a weekly basis with schedules posted at least one month in advance. Working hours vary between 07:00 and 22:00 (not applicable to night shifts).
