**Responsibilities**
---------------------
* Control fuel, Via Verde, and fine costs to ensure operational continuity and achievement of defined objectives;
* Ensure monitoring and management of fines received from authorities, providing requested data or forwarding fines to the Finance Department for payment processing on behalf of Sixt, while monitoring response deadlines and clarifying related issues;
* Compile and analyze, on a weekly basis, information received from gas stations regarding refueling of Sixt vehicles, share it with stations, and cross-check it against data entered into the system, verifying whether refueling amounts match and justifying any discrepancies;
* Approve refunds in the system for cases where fuel charges were incorrectly applied to customers;
* Prepare a weekly report for stations containing fuel cost information, indicating the respective cost center and recorded inefficiencies;
* Order fuel replenishment for the Faro tank from BP, generating corresponding purchase orders;
* Define the fuel selling price by analyzing government prices and applying Sixt's margins;
* Enter and validate fuel invoices in the internal system before forwarding them to Accounting;
* Analyze monthly gasoline consumption, register it in the internal platform, and generate and send the corresponding report for management control;
* Report overall gasoline costs to the Logistics Department;
* Analyze Via Verde toll transactions received by Sixt Germany and process customer billing, matching license plates and rental contracts in the system to identify the correct customer to bill and including the invoice in the system;
* Ensure all Via Verde transactions are associated with customers or internal movements, issuing credit requests when no association is found;
* Handle customer and toll operator complaints and approve refund transfers when justified;
* Perform other activities not previously specified, necessary to achieve objectives and ensure smooth Sixt operations.
**Profile**

* Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade (mandatory)
* Professional experience in administrative or management areas (desirable);
* Training in SAP and/or Power BI (desirable);
* English language proficiency;
* Technical knowledge of SAP and Power BI;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
* Valid driving license, category B;
