Professional growth prospects RECRUITMENT – E-COMMERCE MANAGER / ONLINE STORE MANAGER Sebenta Soberana, Lda., a growing company with multiple business projects under development, is looking to recruit an E-commerce Manager to lead the implementation and management of its new online store. We seek a dynamic, organized, creative individual with proven experience in creating and managing e-commerce platforms, capable of turning an idea into a successful project. Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and manage the company's online store. * Create the website structure and organize product categories. * Upload and manage a large number of products. * Upload and edit photographs. * Write compelling, SEO-optimized commercial descriptions. * Set selling prices based on profit margins defined by the company. * Update prices, promotions, and stock levels. * Configure payment methods, shipping costs, and other platform functionalities. * Ensure continuous maintenance of the online store. * Implement ongoing improvements to the user experience. * Optimize the store’s search engine positioning (SEO). * Monitor store performance and propose strategies to increase sales. Requirements * Proven experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop or equivalents). * Knowledge of product catalog management. * Strong ability to write commercial content. * Knowledge of SEO. * Image editing skills (preferred). * Excellent organizational skills. * High sense of responsibility. * Initiative and proactivity. * Ability to work independently. Especially Valued * Experience in large-scale projects. * Management of thousands of product SKUs. * Integration of supplier catalogs. * Process automation. * Management of promotional campaigns. * Knowledge of Google Shopping, Meta Ads, and marketplaces. * Experience integrating with billing and inventory management software.
