We are growing and seeking a **Full\-Stack Web Developer** to strengthen our team. **What We’re Looking For** A **Full\-Stack Web Developer** with at least **3 years of experience**, capable of: · Implementing, maintaining, and evolving websites on **WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)** · Developing **backend and frontend** solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance · Working with **SQL databases**, including reading, writing, and optimizing queries · Considering **architecture and infrastructure** as integral parts of the technological solution **·** Analyzing existing websites and identifying improvement opportunities from **technical, functional, and user experience** perspectives · **Interest in client/project management** **Your Key Responsibilities** · Development and maintenance of websites and applications using: o **PHP** o **Node.js** o **React** · Implementation and customization of CMS (**WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, and AEM**) · Integration with **SQL databases** · Supporting definition and enhancement of **technical architecture and infrastructure** · Conducting **technical and UX assessments** of client websites · Preparing **technical reports** with improvement recommendations (UX, performance, security, and best practices) · Collaborating with design, content, and marketing teams **·** Ensuring best practices in **performance, accessibility, technical SEO, and security** · **Managing client requests and overseeing allocated projects** **What We Value** · Minimum **3 years of experience as a Web Developer** · Proven experience with: o **WordPress** o **Drupal** o **Sitecore** o **Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)** · Strong knowledge of: o **PHP** o **Node.js** o **React** o **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** o **SQL databases** · Knowledge of **web infrastructure and architecture** · Experience evaluating and optimizing existing websites · Strong **analytical ability** and critical thinking · Interest in **User Experience** · Ability to clearly communicate technical recommendations · Good level of **English** · **Experience with Pantheon** is a plus **What We Offer** · A dynamic team combining experience and innovation · Remote work and flexibility · Technically challenging projects with real-world impact · Opportunities for growth and advancement · An environment where your technical contribution is valued Work Location: Remote
