Attentive to market demands, it has expanded its activities into business areas synergistic with its core operations, namely Environment, Renewable Energy, Telecommunications, Real Estate, and Ventures, integrating competencies across its diverse companies to enable complementary operations; this induced diversification opens new business entry points for its *core* activity. **Role:** * Support the technical team in the installation and maintenance of structured cabling networks; * Assist in preparing, organizing, and transporting materials and equipment for interventions; * Perform basic cabling installation tasks, conduit pulling, and infrastructure assembly, always under supervision; * Help organize and maintain the workplace, ensuring cleanliness and safety; * Collaborate with the team in conducting simple tests and visual inspections; * Strictly comply with safety regulations and technical team instructions; * Support material usage control and report requirements to the supervisor. **Candidate Profile:** * Required academic qualification: 12th grade; * Prior experience in similar roles is valued but not mandatory; * Willingness to learn and develop skills in the field of structured cabling networks; * Ability to work in a team, with good communication and a strong sense of responsibility; * Availability for nationwide travel; * Basic training in electricity, telecommunications, or related fields is valued. **Required Competencies:** * Teamwork ability; * Analytical and critical thinking skills; * Planning and organizational skills; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Initiative, confidence, and flexibility. **Conditions:** * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Continuous training; * Health insurance and other social benefits.
