We are strengthening the **Product Development Engineering** team at **Petrotec – Innovation and Industry**, located in **Guimarães**, with a **Non-Oil Project Manager** (M/F). **A day in the life of a Non-Oil Project Manager…** \- Actively participate in preliminary project phases—from requirements gathering to technical and financial feasibility assessment; \- Select team members, assign tasks and responsibilities clearly, and lead the team throughout project development; \- Monitor, lead, and document task/activity execution, as well as achievement of predefined goals (e.g., through regular meetings); \- Identify processes requiring improvement and initiate necessary actions; \- Monitor risks and define contingency plans where appropriate; \- Estimate costs and timelines, and support the definition of quality objectives; \- Keep Petrotec product-related standards up to date, and internally communicate the publication of new standards (from a product perspective); \- Collaborate in product development by defining regulatory requirements, explicitly specifying applicable standards and compliance points; \- Obtain product approvals from relevant authorities, and contribute to drafting technical product descriptions; \- Ensure the industrialization process and project completion follow all required stages—including final validation, certification, and pilot installations. **What we expect from you?** \- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Energy / Electronics; \- 3–5 years of experience in similar roles; \- Certification/training in Project Management (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) (preferred); \- Practical experience with Project Management platforms (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.); \- Implementation of problem-solving techniques (e.g., 8D, Six Sigma); \- Knowledge of standardization; \- Technical knowledge/experience in renewable energy will be considered an asset; \- IT skills: Microsoft Office and SAP ERP; \- Fluency in English; \- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills. **Here’s what you’ll find…** \- A highly reputable corporate group; \- Engaging, motivating, national and international projects; \- A dynamic team and innovative environment; \- Continuous professional training and development; \- Various company benefits currently in effect. **If you identify with the role’s specifications and consider yourself a suitable candidate to join our team, apply via email: careers@petrotec.com** Employment type: Full-time Benefits: * Meal card/voucher * Free parking Working hours: * Monday to Friday * 8-hour shift Additional compensation: * Thirteenth salary * Christmas bonus
