Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrialized Construction Estimator to model projects, prepare market inquiries, and develop technical-commercial proposals for industrialized construction. We are looking for an **Industrialized Construction Estimator** to join our estimation team. This role will play a fundamental part in project modeling, market inquiry preparation, and development of technical-commercial proposals for industrialized construction projects. **Responsibilities:** * 3D project modeling to support budgeting; * Quantification and analysis of construction elements; * Launching and monitoring of supplier and subcontractor inquiries; * Preparation of budgets in CCS; * Support in preparing proposals and analyzing technical solutions. **Candidate Profile:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Civil Engineering** or **Mechanical Engineering**; * Eligible for a **Professional Internship** through IEFP **(preferred);** * Interest in industrialized construction and steel structures; * Knowledge of 3D modeling tools — especially **Tekla Structures** — is valued; * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail; * Team spirit and strong communication skills; * Proactivity and willingness to learn and grow professionally. **Required Competencies:** * Strong sense of responsibility and organization; * Ability to manage stress and periods of high workload; * Teamwork and innovation capabilities. **Conditions:** * Continuous training; * Additional social benefits.
