Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional to join the industrial production area of reinforced and prestressed concrete prefabricated elements, responsible for interpreting technical drawings, preparing and filling molds, demolding and packaging finished pieces, and maintaining equipment.

The **business area** for which we are recruiting falls within the **industrial production** of **reinforced and prestressed concrete prefabricated elements**, including customized architectural façades, intended for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
**Main Responsibilities**
Interpret technical drawings
Prepare molds according to drawn components and work instructions
Carry out mold filling with concrete
Perform demolding of components after curing, using the overhead crane.
Properly store produced components in designated stock areas.
Ensure cleaning and basic maintenance of used tools and molds.
Comply with safety and quality procedures.
**Profile**
Minimum mandatory education level; professional training in Construction, Industrial Production, or technical fields is an advantage.
Prior experience in concrete prefabricated element production or construction sites (preferred).
Experience operating overhead cranes is advantageous.
**Required Competencies**
Basic knowledge of technical drawing and ability to read schematics.
Experience handling manual tools and production equipment.
Familiarity with load handling using overhead cranes (preferred).
Precision, attention to detail, and adherence to defined procedures.
