LovelyStay is looking for someone comfortable working night shifts and motivated to contribute to a positive experience for our guests, reinforcing our team as a **Night Auditor**. **Work Location:** Porto **Working Hours:** Night shifts (11:00 PM\-08:00 AM\). **Key Responsibilities:** * **Reservation Management:** Update, monitor, and audit reservations on online platforms; * **Payment Processing:** Process charges, manage refunds, and ensure strict control over financial records; * **Customer Service:** Respond promptly and professionally to information requests via e\-mail, messages, and phone calls during night hours, ensuring clear and effective communication; * **Internal Communication:** Relay relevant information to operational teams (Property Care, Maintenance, Front Office, among others), promoting alignment and efficiency; * **Customer Retention:** Contribute to a positive guest experience, enhancing guest satisfaction and encouraging loyalty; * **Continuous Improvement:** Suggest and support the implementation of improvements to internal processes and procedures, based on guest feedback and operational analysis. **What We Expect From You:** * Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.
