Integration into a growing fintech with a structured career plan. **Junior Account Manager** -------------------------- **ComparaJá.pt** is a free, independent financial product and essential services comparison platform, operating as a Credit Intermediary certified by the Bank of Portugal. We combine technology and specialized consulting to simplify decision-making for families in Portugal. We are expanding our partnership team. We seek a **Junior Account Manager** with a hybrid profile: strong commercial ability to acquire and activate new partnerships, combined with the operational rigor required for document management and process follow-up. **Your Responsibilities** * **Business Development:** Identify, prospect, and acquire new partners in the real estate sector (agencies and consultants). * **Portfolio Creation and Management:** Support and activate the current partner network through regular contact and training on our financing solutions. * **Operational and Backoffice Management:** Analyze and organize documentation for credit processes, ensuring compliance and processing speed. * **Performance Monitoring:** Track processes end-to-end, ensuring KPI adherence and high conversion rates. **Candidate Profile** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in B2B sales, account management, or operational/backoffice support roles within the financial or real estate sectors (not a disqualifying factor). * **Organization and Attention to Detail:** Analytical capability for document validation and process management rigor. * **Communication:** Excellent interpersonal skills, persuasion focus, and negotiation ability. * **Results Orientation:** Proactivity, resilience, and focus on achieving commercial objectives. * **Education:** Minimum 12th grade (a bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or related fields is preferred). **What We Offer** * **Growth:** Direct integration into a rapidly expanding fintech with a structured career path. * **Development:** Ongoing training in financial products, consultative selling, and operational analysis. * **Compensation Package:** Base salary + Meal allowance + Monthly performance bonus + Health insurance and unlimited free psychological support. * **Location:** Offices in Alvalade, Lisbon (young and dynamic environment).
