We offer our customers current fashion at affordable prices, doing so with passion, closeness, and commitment. If these principles resonate with you, join Primark as a Store Manager. Because you have the talent to lead teams and maximize results, this is your opportunity to make a real impact as a Store Manager. **Why you matter** People are at the heart of everything we do—so it’s essential we provide you with the right environment to give your best. That’s why we offer you a range of benefits that put you first: * Opportunities for professional development nationally and internationally within a continuously expanding company. * Our schedules consist of 5 working days per week with continuous shifts. * Continuous training across diverse areas. * Possibility of support for new store openings in different locations. * Employee discount to purchase products from our fabulous collections. **What will your responsibilities be?** As Store Manager, you’ll enhance commercial performance and maximize sales through an excellent shopping experience and an attractive in-store environment. You’ll analyze the local market to plan strategically and manage stock and resource planning to meet customer expectations. You’ll train and ensure store teams are engaged and deliver high performance. You’ll identify and develop talent at all levels, fostering a culture of learning and celebrating successes. You’ll maintain consistent and effective communication with teams, the Area Manager, and Regional Offices—using tools such as performance reviews and climate surveys. Regarding operations and cost control, you’ll ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, cultivating a safe working culture and protecting people, assets, and facilities. You’ll manage controllable costs and seek savings opportunities, promoting the ethical and environmental initiatives of the Primark Cares programme to ensure a positive and safe environment. Fundamentally, you’ll define the store’s vision and direction, acting as a role model and driving continuous improvement to achieve strategic objectives. **How would we like you to be?** We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a high capacity for people management. You must excel at building and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and teams, supporting our sales initiatives with quality communication and a clear commercial vision. A solid background in store management will be essential, and experience in high-volume retail and distribution will be highly valued. Your ability to manage change, train others, and achieve high performance will guarantee your success in this role. We seek a proactive leader with strong capabilities in making informed decisions and working under pressure while anticipating risks. You should be self-motivated, fostering optimism, resilience, and adaptability to change—setting ambitious goals and driving development. Strong planning and organizational skills, along with the ability to meet agreed deadlines within a large-scale, fast-paced company, are vital. As a company in full expansion, our needs span the entire country—and we aim for our teams to gain exposure across various business units to accelerate their professional progression. Therefore, geographical flexibility is an essential requirement. If you join Primark as a Store Manager, we’ll positively consider completion of university studies in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Marketing and Market Research, Commerce and Marketing, or an MBA (or equivalent). A good level of English is important; knowledge of additional languages—including sign language—will also be valued. Please don’t forget to let us know, as this helps us deliver excellent service. Apply today to join our team! Primark promotes equal employment opportunities. Just like our fashion, our culture adapts to every individual. We strive to create an inclusive workplace where people can be themselves, access opportunities, and grow together. **Internal posting end date: 29/12/2025** #LI-DNI
