Your leadership makes a difference in your team’s daily experience and in every customer’s journey through the door. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** * Lead and motivate your team, serving as a role model in attitude, product knowledge, and procedural understanding. * Ensure exceptional customer service across the entire team, boosting sales and fostering loyalty among our visitors. * Act as the point-of-sale strategist: developing scheduling strategies (team shifts for optimal productivity), product and visual strategies—in collaboration with your regional managers. * Support onboarding and training of new sales staff, helping them feel part of the project from day one. You may even become a trainer, contributing to the onboarding of other Store Managers joining the company. * Analyze store KPIs and translate them into concrete actions that improve performance. * Manage stock inventory. * Ensure the store space consistently reflects the Silbon identity: aesthetic care and impeccable visual merchandising. * Run daily operations with sound judgment, efficiency, and a positive atmosphere. **WHAT WE LOOK FOR** * Minimum 1 year of experience leading a retail outlet in the fashion industry. * A leader whom your team naturally wants to emulate. * Strong results orientation and analytical capability. * General tailoring knowledge is valued (or genuine willingness to learn it with us). * Our focus is the customer.
