Hipoges provides a wide range of asset management services, including: * Advisory services throughout the valuation and portfolio acquisition process * Process design and implementation of management tools * Development of servicing solutions for different asset types * Advisory department supporting portfolio acquisition and investment operations in partnership with clients. **Description** **1] BRIEF FUNCTION DESCRIPTION** The primary mission of this role is real estate valuation, taking into account national real estate market values, and applying valuation methodologies to residential, commercial, industrial properties, and land. **2] RESPONSIBILITIES** * Evaluation and updating of third-party managed properties (CMVM and others); * Evaluation and updating of REO and NPL properties under internal management; * Evaluation of properties in internal DD (Due Diligence) processes; * Coordination of work with external valuation teams; * Market research and data processing; * Client management. **Profile** **3] COMPETENCIES** * Traditional and advanced real estate valuation methodologies; * Analysis and interpretation of property documentation; * Analysis and interpretation of urban planning classifications; * Aptitude for numerical analysis; * Critical and proactive analytical mindset; * Methodological capability; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Registration or eligibility for registration as a CMVM Certified Valuer (mandatory); * RICS or REV membership is valued; * Languages: English – Intermediate/Advanced; * IT: Excel – Intermediate/Advanced. **4] QUALIFICATIONS** * Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management, Management, Finance (or related fields), or other real estate-related disciplines; * Experience: Minimum of 4–5 years in similar roles, with strong motivation and ambition.
