Job Summary: We are seeking an Outdoor Cleaning & Waste Management Operator to manage waste, ensure outdoor cleanliness, and support environmental and safety systems at the factory. Collaboration in improving the environmental and safety system Bel Portugal S.A., a multinational agri-food company and market leader in Portugal, is looking to hire an Outdoor Cleaning & Waste Management Operator for its Ribeira Grande Factory. Brands: Limiano, Terra Nostra, Vaca que Ri, Babybel, GoGoSqueez, Nurishh. Mission: - Manage generated waste for valorization or disposal (packaging, preparation for shipment, issuance of transport manifests); - Ensure cleaning of outdoor areas, waste yard, and general cleaning (roofs, gutters, downspouts); - Support the operation of ETARI and ETA plants and assist the cleaning team with more complex tasks; - Complete mandatory waste management documentation and other required records; - Collaborate in improving the environmental and safety system by proposing improvement actions; - Record and report all faults and deficiencies identified that pose a serious or imminent risk to the environment, operations, and personnel safety; - Promote and implement the plan for reducing urban-type waste; - Ensure operational readiness of existing equipment, maintaining it in optimal condition regarding preservation, functionality, and cleanliness.
