Job Summary: We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Estimator with experience in construction, specializing in measurement, budgeting, and preparation of cladding works, possessing strong organizational skills and proactivity. Teamwork, proactivity, and results-oriented approach **QUANTITY SURVEYOR / COST ESTIMATOR** THE PROFILE WE SEEK: \-Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (measurement, budgeting, and project preparation) in the construction sector — interior and exterior cladding; \-Strong organizational ability, proactivity, team spirit, and sense of responsibility; \-Communication and negotiation skills, and results-oriented mindset; \-Proficiency in computer tools (Office, AutoCAD). RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE QUANTITY SURVEYOR / COST ESTIMATOR: · Thorough reading and analysis of all documentation related to respective projects; · Measurement and quantification of labor, resources, equipment, services, and materials required; · Market research among suppliers and subcontractors to develop total project cost estimates; · Ordering materials from suppliers; · Completion of budgeting spreadsheets and preparation of all documentation necessary for interior and exterior cladding proposals.
