Quantal is currently expanding and seeking an HR Intern (M/F) to reinforce its Human Resources team. **Reporting to the HR Director, your main responsibilities will include:** \- Developing practical knowledge in Human Resources administration \- Understanding and supporting employee management processes \- Gaining basic payroll processing and attendance tracking skills \- Applying labor legislation concepts in real-world work contexts \- Developing proficiency with digital tools, especially Excel and HR systems \- Enhancing organizational, planning, and task management capabilities \- Cultivating accuracy and attention to detail when handling information \- Strengthening communication and interpersonal relationship skills in a professional setting \- Fostering teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration \- Understanding the importance of confidentiality and ethics in personal data handling \- Supporting people development initiatives, such as training sessions and internal communications \- Facilitating entry into the job market through practical organizational experience **Requirements:** \- Eligible for a Professional Internship at Level 4 or 5 \- Basic HR knowledge: recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, training \- Administrative management: organizing files, contracts, attendance tracking \- Digital tools: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with HR software (e.g., ATS) \- Basic labor legislation knowledge (preferred): employment contracts, rights and obligations, vacation entitlements \- Simple data analysis: supporting HR reports (e.g., turnover, absenteeism) \- Effective communication: clear, professional, and adaptable to diverse stakeholders \- Empathy and active listening: essential for interacting with employees \- Organization and attention to detail: handling sensitive information and processes \- Proactivity: anticipating needs and proposing improvements \- Confidentiality and ethics: responsible handling of personal data \- Teamwork: collaborating with various departments across the company \- Time management: meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks \- Learning agility: quickly adapting to new processes \- Problem-solving: addressing daily situations (e.g., simple conflicts, employee queries) **Our value proposition:** Join a strong and growing team!
