Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Helpdesk Technician to provide local and remote technical support, analyze and resolve incidents, and manage IT infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are expanding our team by hiring a Helpdesk Technician to be assigned to our client. Your responsibilities will include: \- Providing local and remote user support; \- Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents via the ticketing platform; \- Supporting IT asset management; \- Installing, configuring, and maintaining equipment; \- Configuring and supporting Office 365; \- Configuring printers, IP phones, VPN connections, and Wi\-Fi networks; \- Activating/deactivating network ports; \- Creating technical procedures. What we expect from you: \- Academic background in Information Technologies; \- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles; \- Experience in hardware and software maintenance; \- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office 365, and IP networking (installation and configuration); \- Good command of English; \- Proactivity, dynamism, and strong communication skills; \- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team; \- Results-oriented mindset.
