Our F&B Service Experts demonstrate initiative and provide a wide range of services to ensure our guests’ meals are unforgettable. Whether it’s setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, the F&B Service Expert ensures guests feel that every transaction is part of the experience. Regardless of your specific role, certain fundamentals are essential to success — creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications remain professional. The F&B Service Expert role requires being on your feet and moving (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods); navigating sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces; handling menus (reading and visually verifying information); and getting hands-on in your work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds (11.4 kg) unassisted and up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) with assistance; reaching overhead and below knee level, including bending, twisting, pulling, and squatting). It is essential that F&B Service Experts perform all these tasks flawlessly (and any other reasonable task assigned) — so our guests remain consistently satisfied and our business continues to thrive. RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent. Related Work Experience: Less than one year of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: None.
