Its core business includes service provision (industrial maintenance, civil metalwork, stripping, among others), and it is currently recruiting a Draftsman/Estimator. Mission: The role entails developing detailed technical drawings for projects within the company’s scope of activity, as well as preparing estimates and technical proposals—ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with client specifications. Main Responsibilities: \- Prepare and monitor estimates (materials, labor, equipment, and indirect costs); \- Ensure project compliance with current standards and regulations; \- Develop detailed technical drawings and schematics for projects within the company’s scope of activity; \- Analyze drawings, projects, technical specifications, and tender documents; \- Prepare 3D drawings with corresponding dimensions; \- Assess the technical and economic feasibility of projects, identifying risks and additional requirements; \- Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and budget; \- Oversee production and ensure final delivery of work to the client; \- Collaborate with various departments to optimize resources and costs; \- Ensure compliance with technical standards, applicable legislation, and internal procedures (QMS). Candidate Profile: \- Higher education degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Design, or related fields; \- Experience in technical drawing and estimate preparation in the construction sector; \- Proficiency in computer tools and software (Excel, AutoCAD, 3D modeling and planning software); \- Strong technical and financial analysis capability; \- High attention to detail; \- Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate initiative; \- Sense of responsibility and organizational skills; \- Teamwork capability; \- Good communication skills and proactivity.
