As part of the **Security Services & Operations** team, you will work closely with the **Business Information Security Officer (BISO)**, supporting the business unit across various aspects of information security and IT security. You will play an active role in identifying, mitigating, and monitoring security risks, as well as aligning local practices with the Group’s global policies and standards. If you wish to join this team, learn more about the recruitment opportunity we have prepared for you. **What are the main responsibilities?** In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the alignment of IT security strategies with Group guidelines, collaborating on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation, and ensuring the implementation of effective controls. You will oversee security assessments related to the implementation or modification of technological solutions, and provide guidance to the business unit on security policies, standards, and processes. You will also actively promote security culture by executing the awareness plan and monitoring mandatory training, as well as supporting vendor and third-party security assessments. You will further participate in incident response, including analysis and investigation activities, identifying non-conformities and proposing corrective actions. Additionally, you will contribute to implementing global initiatives and projects, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and participate in conducting and monitoring access reviews, vulnerability management and remediation, and documentation of processes and policies—driving continuous improvement. **What profile are we looking for?** Even if you do not meet all the competencies listed below, don’t worry! Please still apply! * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field * Knowledge and experience in IT security, particularly in patching, antivirus, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity * Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent) * Knowledge of security frameworks and best practices (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP) * Strong command of English * Intellectual curiosity and a continuous desire to learn * Ability to adapt to diverse technological contexts * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and planning * Customer- and business-oriented mindset * Proactivity, critical thinking, and problem-solving focus * Strong communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical topics * Team spirit and effective time and priority management skills **Desirable Competencies:** * Experience in the insurance sector * Knowledge of security technologies (DLP, firewalls, IDS/IPS, proxies, log management, etc.) * Experience with vulnerability management tools and penetration testing * Experience with code analysis tools (e.g., Veracode) * Knowledge of cybersecurity legislation and regulation **Salary Transparency:** For this position, the expected gross annual salary ranges between **€40,000** and **€50,000**. Additional variable components may apply, in accordance with Zurich’s compensation policy.
