Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer specialized in Steel Structures to manage the Construction and Assembly Department, ensuring excellence from planning through to delivery. We seek a **Civil Engineer with strong specialization in Steel Structures**, to assume strategic management of our Construction and Assembly Department. You will play a pivotal role in our on-site operations, ensuring excellence from planning through to final delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and coordinate on-site assembly teams (internal and subcontracted). * Ensure rigorous technical supervision and inspection of works, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, quality, and technical specifications. * Conduct operational planning for assemblies and constructions, optimizing resources and workflow. * Provide specialized technical support to the Estimating Team. * Prepare Measurement Certificates, manage technical documentation, and draft progress reports. * Contribute to optimizing work processes and safety (HSE) and quality (Quality) standards. **Ideal Profile:** * Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory requirement), preferably specializing in Steel Structures. * Preferably with proven experience and/or specialization in Steel Structure Design and Construction. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site management, team coordination, or departmental leadership within the Construction and/or Metalworking sectors. * Proficiency in CAD and project planning software. * Strong leadership skills, organizational ability, resilience, and excellence in interpersonal communication. * Willingness to travel to construction sites for national-level projects. **What We Offer:** * Permanent employment contract. * Competitive salary package, commensurate with experience and demonstrated potential. * Integration into a highly skilled team and the opportunity to lead large-scale projects. * A stable working environment with 50 years of experience, where we value technical rigor and continuous professional development. **Application:** **​** If you are a Civil Engineer passionate about structures and seeking a leadership challenge within a historic and growing company, please send your CV and cover letter to: rh@jtpsteel.com or apply via this platform.
