Operations Analyst (Condominium Management) | Lisbon (On-site) | Full-time About Condoroo Condoroo is a Lisbon-based startup that applies Artificial Intelligence to condominium management, with a mission to revolutionize the European market and currently experiencing rapid growth. We already manage over 5,000 units, combining experienced managers, task automation, and our specialized chatbot to make condominium life simple, efficient, and hassle-free. What You’ll Do * Daily operations management: open, monitor, and close maintenance tasks (e.g., electricians, plumbers, cleaning). * Resident support: respond to and handle requests via email, phone, and chatbot. * Conduct condominium meetings. * Financial analysis: issue and monitor invoices, perform reconciliations, and follow up on payments. * Reporting and KPIs: prepare weekly and monthly reports (e.g., number of work orders, response times, satisfaction levels). * Database maintenance: ensure contracts, buildings, and interventions records are always up to date. * Cross-team collaboration: work closely with Product, Tech, and Finance teams to align metrics and SLAs. Requirements (Mandatory) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and intermediate English proficiency. * Strong customer orientation: proactivity and sense of urgency. * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and outstanding organizational skills. Nice-to-Have * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Law, Political Science, or a related field. * Fluent English.
