We are recruiting the following profile: Cloud Solution Architect for Microsoft 365 (M/F) – Remote (Portugal) * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field; * 8+ years of experience administering and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments; * Solid experience with: Microsoft 365 Apps (Office, Teams, and Outlook), Microsoft Teams in enterprise environments, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and device health management; * Knowledge of network connectivity for cloud services; * Experience with Microsoft Secure Score, Compliance Manager, and tenant health dashboards; * Ability to interpret usage metrics and define adoption strategies; * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 monitoring, operational health, and incident management services; * Proven experience resolving complex issues and analyzing tenant and security configurations; * Knowledge of business continuity, incident response coordination, and process maturity assessments; * Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences; * Prior experience in technical consulting or assessment projects is a plus; * Fluent in English.
