Job Summary:
Certified accounting professional to manage the group's general accounting, ensure tax and legal compliance, and provide strategic support to management.
Key Highlights:
1. Ensure general accounting and compliance with tax and legal regulations.
2. Provide strategic support to management in financial decisions and tax optimization.
3. Full management of tax filings, account closing, and documentation.
**Main Activities and Responsibilities:**
\- Ensure general accounting for Group companies, guaranteeing compliance with current accounting and tax regulations.
\- Prepare and submit mandatory tax declarations (VAT, IRS, IRC, etc.).
\- Monthly and annual account closing, including bank reconciliations and analysis of current accounts.
\- Monitor the invoicing process, control of receipts and payments.
\- Manage and organize accounting and tax documentation.
\- Ensure compliance with legal obligations towards the Tax Authority (AT), Social Security, and other regulatory bodies.
\- Provide strategic support to management in financial decision-making and tax optimization.
\- Communicate with the ROC and other external entities, when necessary.
**Requirements:**
\- Certified Accountant registered with the OCC (Order of Certified Accountants) – **mandatory**
\- Higher education degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field.
\- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
\- Proficiency in accounting software.
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Google Drive.
\- Rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
\- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
\- Driver's license (preferred).
