As a **Back Office Customer Service Representative**, you will join a team with no call handling (**0% voice**). Your daily interactions will be exclusively written, using modern digital solutions. Behind your screen, your role will be to deliver user assistance characterized by precision, responsiveness, and empathy. * **Communication channels:** Exclusive handling of written traffic (incoming e\-mails and Live Chat sessions). * **Primary mission:** Technical file review, verification of document compliance, and management of associated administrative tasks. * **Work arrangements:** On\-site position in our offices in Porto. Depending on the assigned project’s requirements, opportunities for transition to a hybrid work model (partial remote work) may be considered later. ### **Compensation \& Social Benefits** We value our employees’ commitment and regularity through a transparent and attractive salary policy: * **Base fixed salary (L2 grade):** €1,120 gross per month (smoothed over 14 months). * **Guaranteed onboarding bonuses:** €100 per month (productivity bonus automatically paid during the first six months to support your integration). * **Attendance bonus:** €25 per month to reward your punctuality and on\-site presence. * **Meal allowance:** Approximately €126 per month (paid directly in cash on your payslip, not in the form of meal vouchers). * **Additional benefits:** Premium private health insurance from day one, privileged access to a network of fitness centers, and exclusive discounts with partner brands. **Estimated total monthly income:** Approximately **€1,371 gross** (sum of regular bonuses, excluding the deferred 13th and 14th month payments). ### **Working Time Organization \& Work\-Life Balance** To safeguard your right to disconnect, schedules are designed to be stable and predictable based on rotating shifts: * **Monday to Friday:** Standard administrative hours, from 09:00 to 18:00\. * **Saturday:** Operational coverage provided via rotating shifts between 10:00 and 20:00\. * **Weekly rest:** Sunday is systematically non\-working. If you work a Saturday shift, a second mandatory rest day is granted during the week. ### **Required Profile: Skills \& Qualities** * **Language proficiency:** Excellent written French (C1/C2 level required) for flawless writing. Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level) is essential to operate our IT tools and consult internal documentation. * **Digital aptitude:** Technical ability to navigate multiple customer relationship management (CRM) software systems and manage several simultaneous chat conversations. * **Attention to detail:** Rigorous and methodical analytical mindset capable of instantly identifying anomalies or data entry errors. * **Interpersonal skills:** Ability to maintain a courteous, professional, and solution\-oriented tone — even when handling complex requests or complaints. ### **Living and Working in Porto** Relocating professionally to Porto offers an exceptional quality of life.
