Opportunity for professional development and career progression Our client company, a leader in the agricultural sector, is currently recruiting an Agricultural Engineer to join its team for operational management and production planning, contributing to operational efficiency, sustainability, and quality. ### **Operational and Field Management** * Supervise and coordinate daily agricultural operations. * Implement and test new production methods and techniques. * Manage and monitor subcontracted partners and services. * Ensure acquisition or rental of agricultural machinery and production inputs. * Promote proper use and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure. * Ensure implementation of best agricultural practices. * Develop strategies for optimizing and reducing operational costs. * Act as substitute for the Head of Agronomy – Planning when required. * Provide technical support to clients in coordination with the commercial team. ### **Planning, Control, and Management (Office and Production)** * Plan and execute production, including definition and management of the agricultural calendar (planting, maintenance, harvesting, and post-harvest). * Participate in long-term strategic planning, ensuring crop rotation and sustainability. * Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring cost efficiency and high-quality standards. * Monitor and control operational expenses, with special focus on labor costs. * Allocate invoices and costs to respective cost centers. * Negotiate with suppliers, supporting management in selecting the best proposals. ### **Benefits** * Join a dynamic and growing company. * Opportunity for professional development and career progression. * Active participation in innovative and sustainable agricultural projects. * Remuneration commensurate with experience and job responsibilities. * Suitable working conditions and integration into a multidisciplinary team.
