We are looking for an Accounting and Financial Control Technician for São João das Lampas. YOUR CHALLENGE: \- Support company management control and financial analysis; \- Prepare financial reports; \- Ensure the reliability of financial and accounting information; \- Collect, systematize, and analyze financial and operational information to support management decisions; \- Support the implementation and improvement of financial and internal control processes PROFILE: \- Higher education degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or related field; \- Prior experience in similar roles; \- Professional experience in accounting and/or financial control functions; \- Solid knowledge of accounting and finance; \- Experience in financial analysis and reporting; \- Proficiency in Excel (mandatory); \- Analytical ability, accuracy, and results orientation; \- Critical thinking, autonomy, and proactivity; \- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
