About Us: We are a family with over 50 years of passion for artisanal flavors. Artisanal cuisine and specialty coffee form the heart of our entrepreneurship, which is currently expanding and growing. We operate a bistro and a specialty tea and coffee boutique in Baixa de Faro. We aim to strengthen our teams with key individuals who contribute to our daily mission of continuing to deliver excellence and quality. Main Responsibilities: We seek a dynamic and experienced professional to work as part of a team, ensuring service excellence, environmental organization, and increased direct table sales. This position requires strong communication skills, flexibility, teamwork, and a customer experience focus. Main Responsibilities: * Deliver fast, efficient, and high-quality service * Maintain an attentive and helpful attitude toward customers, treating them with friendliness * Greet customers, present menus and know them thoroughly, advise on dishes and beverages, take orders, serve food and drinks, clear tables, process payments, and maintain an organized and hygienic service area—requiring strong communication, physical stamina, and friendliness to ensure a positive customer experience * Collaborate with the team to ensure house organization and functionality Profile and Requirements: * Professional experience in this field or similar roles * Proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory) * Practical knowledge of applications used in the food service industry * Aptitude for meticulous, customer-oriented service * Strong communication, interpersonal, and service quality skills * Planning, organizational, disciplinary, and proactive capabilities * Physical stamina and multitasking ability * Results-oriented mindset and focus on effectiveness * Neat appearance, friendliness, and good communication skills We Offer: * Integration into a solid and expanding family business * Competitive remuneration, commensurate with the role performed and demonstrated experience * Personal and professional development opportunities * Welcoming environment and appropriate training for performing the duties Type of Position: Full-time, Independent Contract Duration: 6 months Compensation: €920.00 – €1,100.00 per month Work Location: On-site
