Warm welcome and adequate training for the role Yellow Bourbon Specialty Coffee is looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress (M/F) to join our team in Faro. About Us: We are a family with over 50 years of passion for artisanal flavors. Artisanal cuisine and specialty coffee are at the heart of our entrepreneurship, which is currently expanding and growing. We operate a bistro and a tea and specialty coffee boutique in Baixa de Faro. We aim to strengthen our teams with key individuals who contribute daily to our mission of delivering excellence and quality. Main Responsibilities: We seek a dynamic and experienced professional to work collaboratively, ensuring service excellence, environment organization, and increased direct table sales. This position requires strong communication skills, flexibility, teamwork, and customer experience focus. Main Responsibilities: * Deliver fast, efficient, and high-quality service * Maintain an attentive and helpful attitude toward customers, treating them with friendliness * Greet customers, present and thoroughly know the menu, advise on dishes and beverages, take orders, serve food and drinks, clear tables, process payments, and maintain an organized and hygienic service area—requiring strong communication, physical stamina, and friendliness to ensure a positive customer experience. * Collaborate as part of a team to ensure smooth operation and organization of the establishment Profile and Requirements: * Professional experience in this field or similar roles; * Proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory) * Practical knowledge of restaurant operations; * Aptitude for attentive, customer-oriented service; * Strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and service quality; * Planning, organizational, disciplinary, and proactive capabilities; * Physical stamina and multitasking ability; * Focus on effectiveness and results; * Neat appearance, friendliness, and good communication We Offer: * Integration into a solid and expanding family-owned company; * Competitive remuneration, commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience; * Personal and professional development; * Warm welcome and adequate training for performing the role.
