Collaborative work environment and professional development An architecture firm specializing in licensing commercial and residential spaces nationwide is seeking a Junior Architect to strengthen its technical team. We seek a dynamic and motivated individual capable of delivering value. This role is critical to ensuring brand consistency and rigorous deadline compliance across multiple simultaneous projects, and features a strong learning component for acquiring technical and regulatory knowledge. Work Model: Hybrid Responsibilities: * On-site space surveys; * Development of architectural projects, from preliminary study phase through licensing process. * Preparation of drawing documents and support in coordination with other disciplines. * Monitoring compliance with legal standards, regulations, and sound construction practices. * Management of assigned processes and respective clients. * Management of processes with involved authorities, including face-to-face meetings with these technical officers. Requirements / Profile: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. * Solid knowledge of design and technical representation. * Interest in developing competencies in project management and technical coordination. * Ability to learn quickly. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Familiarity with digital tools and design software (preferred). * Advanced English (spoken and written). * Organized profile, execution-oriented, and solution-focused. * Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD. * Active registration with the Portuguese Order of Architects (Mandatory) Offered Conditions: * 12-month contract with annual net salary (first year) of €16,000.00 * Integration into a growing company * Technical mentoring and opportunity for continuous learning. * Collaborative work environment * 22 working days of vacation; time-off allowances on Carnival Day, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and birthday * Close supervision with strong mentorship component * Opportunity for continuous training and professional development Compensation: €16,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Almada Application Deadline: 06/05/2026 Expected Start Date: 06/15/2026
