Institutional Support, drafting press release drafts, internal newsletters, and logistical support for promotional events on sustainable mobility in Barreiro. Coordination with Customer Service, liaising with the Commercial and Operations Department to communicate real-time service changes (e.g., strikes, traffic diversions). Content Management, including collection, writing, editing, and updating of informative content for various channels: TCB website, social media, TCB app (internal and external communication). Institutional Communication, supporting the preparation and dissemination of press releases and managing mailing lists for media and partners. Customer Service and Information, managing communication flows with the public and users, providing information and routing inquiries, acting as a first point of contact or conflict manager. Graphic and Multimedia Production, collaborating in the creation and production of graphic materials, flyers, posters, and multimedia content for digital and physical media. Event Logistics, providing administrative and operational support in organizing institutional events, awareness-raising activities, or press conferences.
