Performing other assignments or tasks entrusted by superiors, within the scope of one's competence. 6\.1 Functional Content in the General Administrative Area: Performs complex support tasks, document management, and scheduling, providing general administrative support to services, notably reception, registration, classification, and distribution of correspondence (incoming and outgoing); organization, updating, and maintenance of physical and digital archives; document classification according to classification plans; document digitization and indexing; archiving and control of document retention periods; supporting document disposal in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions; ensuring correct identification, location, and retrieval of information; guaranteeing confidentiality, integrity, and security of documentation; supporting preparation of document inventories and listings; use of computer applications and document management systems; supporting services in the preparation and processing of administrative procedures.
