Career advancement and development opportunities Store Manager (m/f) \- Cascais \- Cordeiro Main Responsibilities: \- Lead, engage, and commit the team to deliver exceptional customer service and foster customer loyalty; \- Promote products in-store, ensuring full compliance with all processes and operations; \- Contribute to achieving sales targets and business profitability. \- Train and motivate the team to maximize sales effectiveness; \- Efficiently utilize all tools provided by the company, high-quality products, attractive pricing, and wide product variety. \- Manage Human Resources effectively, including recruiting, training, motivating, and evaluating the team. Profile: \- Higher education degree (preferred); \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within fashion retail; \- Customer-oriented with focus on personalized service; \- Strong leadership and team management skills; \- Results-driven and goal-oriented; \- Passion for the fashion industry; \- Proficiency in computer applications (Office); \- Good command of English and preferably other languages.
