We are a brand with a young and dynamic team. We are currently seeking a **Store Manager** for our *showroom* in Seixal. We are looking for someone capable of leadership, yet also willing to work closely with the team on the ground. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Coordinating daily store operations, ensuring organized, efficient, and internally procedure-aligned execution; * Leading, supporting, and motivating the store team, promoting a collaborative, results-oriented work environment; * Ensuring achievement of the store’s defined commercial objectives and setting commercial targets for the team; * Monitoring performance indicators, sales, proposals, budgets, and open opportunities; * Supervising store presentation, product display, layout organization, and overall space image; * Verifying pricing, labels, campaigns, sales support materials, and in-store communications; * Overseeing stock and inventory management, ensuring organization, operational rigor, and appropriate in-store product availability; * Ensuring correct use of internal tools, particularly CRM, commercial records, and administrative processes; * Training and engaging other team members; * Supporting B2B clients and professional partners, ensuring a consultative approach. **What we’re looking for:** * Minimum **3 years’ experience** in retail roles; * Passion for **furniture and decoration** — Interior Design education is preferred; * Availability to work weekends and holidays (mandatory); * Proven **team management experience** or store coordination experience (mandatory); * Experience in **furniture**, **decoration**, **interiors**, or **consultative sales** (mandatory); * **English proficiency is mandatory**. **What we offer:** * Competitive salary \+ bonuses; * Health insurance; * Exclusive employee discount; * Integration into a close-knit and professional team; * Initial training and ongoing support; * A dynamic work environment with direct customer interaction. **To help us expedite applications and proceed to the selection phase, please complete this questionnaire:** https://sofmovel.pt/survey/start/3bef9232\-a073\-43b7\-b881\-0273845cbdf0 Compensation: €1,300.00 \- €1,800.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/ticket * Commercial discounts Work location: On-site
